The Self Catering Bungalow

   Our brick built bungalow is part of a development of privately owned holiday homes set in the landscaped grounds of 16th century Kenegie Manor. This is an ideal base for those wanting to visit this lovely area, the site is a quiet family site. There are extensive views of Penzance and Mount Bay from the grounds.

   It Sleeps up to 4 people. Two bedrooms: one double and one with two singles. All with Duvets, Pillows, quilt cover and sheets, all you need to bring are towels

   Open plan living room with dining area and fully fitted kitchen, equipped with: Oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Colour TV, DVD Player. Shower room with washbasin, W.C. and shaver point.

   Parking for one car adjacent to bungalow
(overflow parking a few metres further away).

 

Facilities normally available include:

Tennis courts, putting green, children’s play area, Heated swimming pool and children’s play pool, sauna. There is also a bar, and a launderette.

These facilities are included in the price.

   From the Manor entrance you can see the fairytale St. Michael’s Mount. Two miles will take you to the heliport, where you can have a day trip to the beautiful Isles of Scilly.

   Penzance, Lands End and picturesque St. Ives, with it’s Tate Gallery are only a short car ride away.

   The area has various theme parks and holiday attractions as well as numerous sandy beaches to enjoy.

 

 We recommend that you bring your car to get the best out of this Holiday, although public transport is plentiful.

   Directions to the Bungalow: Take the A30 to Penzance, as you come into Penzance you will be on a dual carriageway with Morrison's on your left and the Heliport to your right. At the end of the dual carriageway is a roundabout (Tesco garage is on the right). Take the left hand lane marked town Centre,

CAUTION: two lanes merge. After approximately 100 yards TURN RIGHT onto the B3311 marked St Ives, Follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles twisting through the village of Gulval and eventually going uphill

CAUTION you are now on Cornish roads and they may not be as wide as you're used to! You will see a sign for Kenegie Manor Holiday Village on your left.
