On our breakfast dresser we have available fruit juice and cereals. In addition you can also choose from a freshly cooked full 'English Breakfast' with locally sourced award winning Sausage and quality Bacon and local free range eggs, or you may prefer a vegetarian option or Continental choice of croissants, freshly prepared fruit, yoghurts and Locally produced jams and marmalade, We also offer Kippers with poached or Scrambled eggs. All our breakfasts are served with toast, usually we have home made bread, a selection of tea's or fresh coffee supplied by The Cornish Coffee Company. We of course can also provide for special dietary requirements with a little notice.

We support the Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance initatives and where possible use their tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar and other products in our guest house

The House was built around 1860 and is an end of terrace 10 bedroomed Victorian house. It was built and occupied by the architect who designed and built many houses in the Penzance area. It is larger than other guest houses in the terrace and has a lovely warm feel and has been lovingly restored to high standard

The house was a home until the late 1940's, when it was converted into a Hotel in the 1950's now it is a quality in Cornwall assessed Guest House we offer Bed and Breakfast.

To the front is a patio area with seating, this area is planted with flower pots containing a mixture of tropical, annual and perennial plants, the Pendennis has previously been awarded 1st place in Penzance beautiful Britain in Bloom contest for the Guest House and Hotel category.

The accommodation comprises of 8 bedrooms, 7 of which are ensuite, all rooms have Digital tv, welcome tray comprising tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits, Hairdryer, Alarm Clock radio, welcome toiletries.

On making a booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit equivelent to the first nights accommodation. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the start of your booking then a full charge will be made on any accommodation not relet over the reserved period. Every effort will be made to relet the accommodation on behalf of the customer.

Payment can be Cash, Debit Card or Credit Card . 

All no shows are charged at the full price quoted on the card we hold. All cancellations must be followed up by email or in writing and the booking is not cancelled until written or email acknowledgement from us.
